Great location near the tallest building with a mall on the first five floors. I enjoyed the rooftop pool, offering stunning views over the city. Breakfast had a variety of options, and I appreciated the friendly, helpful staff. The atmosphere felt warm and inviting, really like being at home with friends. However, the air conditioning unit was old and required keeping the curtains open during use, making the room too warm or too bright in the mornings. Additionally, the bathrooms were somewhat small but still adequate. It would be nice if the cleaning staff could be more cautious with guests’ belongings.

Helpful staff, great breakfast, and stunning rooftop pool made my stay a delight, especially with the hotel's proximity to local amenities and just a 10-minute walk from the Tobalaba station.

los espanoles plus is in a great area with lots of greenery and parks. the rooftop pool is stunning, and we enjoyed the friendly service from the helpful front desk staff. having a car to our princess cruise at a small fee was super convenient. the breakfast had plenty of tasty options, too.
